I had a pleasant stay overall at this hotel. The food was good with plenty of choices, although it could be warmer at times. The restaurant staff, especially Andreya and Marco, were excellent in keeping us entertained. However, there was a strong sewage smell on occasion, which was disappointing. The rooms were serviced daily and the staff were fantastic, making sure we were well taken care of.

My room was basic, with only the TV feeling up-to-date. The double bed and sofa beds were comfortable, but one sofa bed was left unmade.

The staff were nice, helpful, and always smiling, except for a few instances. The service was generally excellent, but there was an incident with a waitress at the adult pool that was quite over the top.

The location was impressive and clean. There were some issues with efficiency, particularly during breakfast. Despite that, the hotel had a favorite spot of mine with plenty of loungers and umbrellas for shade.
